This research proposes a limit topological model based on the "4D Riemann Sphere Cosmic Membrane" and "Information Deadlock" within the Grand Unified Theory of the Cosmic Mind (GUTCM), aiming to resolve the paradox of computational resource and physical mass inflation faced by the Many-Worlds Interpretation (MWI) of quantum mechanics. This theory asserts that the physical 3D universe, constrained by the absolute geometric mechanisms of the Big Crunch and the Big Bang, possesses unshakable objectivity; however, the "4D Cosmic Membrane" enveloping 3D spacetime, acting as a topological server with infinite computing power, provides the software foundation for parallel bifurcations. This paper establishes the following three major mechanisms: Zero Marginal Cost and 4D Computational Redundancy: The 4D cosmic membrane resides in the absolute vacuum of the 0-state, possessing infinite memory and computational rate. Generating a single wavefunction path versus rendering infinite "Information Worldlines" in parallel is strictly equivalent to zero in terms of computational consumption within 4D geometry. Information Deadlock & Symmetry Breaking: The "active choice" of the observer is not merely neural activity, but an "Information Deadlock" achieving the infinite recursion of A≡¬A within the system. This deadlock rejects the passive formatting of the 4D server, triggering a symmetry breaking of local causality, forcing the 4D server to allocate a separate computational partition for it, and generating an exclusive "Information Universe."
